Earl Slack, QRNN “Slack” is a January 2003 ram which we purchased from Martha Straube, of Southern Oregon. He is by a Suffolk ram with Slack breeding. From the lamb crops we’ve received from him, he produces a lot of style, balance, and eye appeal with a mixture of both white and blue hided lambs. Sired two Reserve Champions in his first lamb crop. He has been an excellent cross on our Purgatory daughters. Sold to Kenny and Deena Driessen of Klamath Falls, Oregon Purgatory Farms #9030 (Deceased) “Purgatory” was our main ram for several years. We purchased him several years ago from Russ Parrish of Montana, who had bought him off of the Sedalia sale from Purgatory Club Lambs of Missouri. He was half Suffolk, quarter Hampshire, and a quarter Dorset. This ram has played a major role in developing our current wether dams. Sired massive-topped, square-hipped, big-legged lambs. Reynolds Stock Farm 706 (Deceased) This ram came from Reynolds Stock Farm several years ago and has added a lot of growth and size to our cross bread program. He also produces quality registered Dorset ewes and rams. |
